What is Game Ready Mindset (TM)

Game Ready Mindset (TM), also known as GRM, is a sports mental performance system for players, teams, and academies. Athletes get on- and off-the-field guidance through daily check-ins and structured mental training; coaches get a live readiness dashboard. Its flagship product, GRM-Edge, tracks mental readiness during the season, the year and the players tenure on our team. It works with any team sport and is in market today for baseball, soccer, and volleyball.

Mental readiness isn't a gift. It's a system.

Whether you're on the mound, in the batter's box, making a play in the field, or sitting in a classroom — your mental game decides how you rise to the moment, and what you carry into the next one.
Game Ready Mindset builds the mental systems athletes, coaches, and teams compete with — every day, not just

Gain the RPM Advantage

Every GRM program is built on three pillars — not as abstract ideas, but as tools athletes actually use, in the moment, under pressure.

Resilence

The ability to recover and refocus after a mistake. In practice: the ARC Reset — Acknowledge, Release, Concentrate — a few seconds that turns one mistake back into one play, not five.

Process

The repeatable system that turns mental skills into daily habits. In practice: routines athletes run before every rep, every game, every season — so "ready" doesn't depend on how they feel that day.

Mindset

The shared language a team competes with. In practice: the Weather Check — Sunny, Cloudy, Stormy — a fast, honest way for athletes to name where they are and know what to do next.
